St. Hilary prides itself in being part of the St. Hilary Parish community. With this mindset, St. Hilary offers the following services to better serve its students and families before, during and after the school day.

Pre-packaged school supply kits are available to order in the spring of each year.  The boxes come jam packed with everything the teacher has asked that you provide and is delivered directly to your child's classroom before the first day of school in the fall.  Busy parents don't have to shop for supplies over the summer and the vendor with whom we do business donates $10 from each box back to our school.  We are all winners on this opportunity!  The actual school supply lists may be found under the Parent Resources, should you wish to do your own shopping.

For working parents, we offer our Extended Care Program every day both before and after school.  Before School Care is open from 7:00am until the beginning of the school day for a fee of $4.00 per child per day.  The cost of the After School Care program is dependent upon the time that parents pick up their child.  On the first Wednesday of the month, which is an early dismissal day, children must be picked up by 2:45pm.  Parents who avail themselves of this service will be charged $3.00.  On all other half days, the charge is $4.00 per hour.  All other days, for pick up by 4:00pm, the charge is $5.00.  Pick up by 5:00pm, the charge is $10.00.  Pick up by 6:00pm is $15.00.  There is five minute grace fee in case you get stuck in traffic, however, every 15 minutes a $5.00 late fee will be incurred.

The daily hot lunch program is offered every day for a modest $3.25 per day per student.  Students may sign up for each day of the week or only as something strikes their fancy.  All lunches are fresh and include milk or bottled water.
