Thank you for your interest in St. Hilary School. On this page you will find information regarding the application process and forms regarding enrolling in our school.
St. Hilary is a special place to be. I have been extremely fortunate to be a part of the St. Hilary family for 12 years. I have been a teacher and a parent, my two children graduated from St. Hilary. It has been an honor to be a part of so many children’s lives as they grow into young men and women and head off to high school and college. Our students have been accepted into the finest Catholic and public high schools and continued their educational journey at the most prestigious colleges and universities. Their foundations in Catholic education have been an influential part of their success and their future.
I encourage you to take some time to view our website to learn more about St. Hilary. It is important that you also experience the school in session. I invite you to come and take a tour so that you can see our students and teachers in action. Students in K – 8th grade are welcome to “shadow” and spend a day with us. Preschool children and their parents are also welcome to come, meet the teachers, and spend some time observing and participating in class.

NEW STUDENT APPLICATIONS:
St. Hilary has an on-going registration process, families may apply for admission at any point during the school year by filling out the New Student Application and submitting the designated fees, birth certificate, and sacramental records. For those joining us for grades 1-8, a records request form will need to be completed as well. Complete an application online or by paper by clicking one of the following links:

The following forms will need to be uploaded online or brought to the school office.

Application fee – $100 cash or check per family (non-refundable) until March 11th where it become $200 per family.

Original Birth Certificate – which will be copied and immediately returned to you

Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)

Physical examination and immunization records – due prior to the first day of school
State of Illinois Health Requirements:
PHYSICAL - An exam is required for students entering Preschool, Kindergarten, 6th Grade and all students entering St. Hilary for the first time.
DENTAL - All students entering Kindergarten, 2nd Grade and 6th Grade.
VISION - An exam by an optometrist or physician who provides complete eye care is required for students entering Kindergarten and all students entering St. Hilary for the first time.
STUDENT RE-REGISTERATION
RE-REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT ST. HILARY FAMILIES:
As has been customary, a $200 re-registration fee will need to be submitted to the school office to complete the re-registration process. If this check is received by March 10th, you save 50% and pay only $100.

Age Requirements
Preschool – A child entering preschool must be three and/or four years of age on or before September 1st of that year.
Kindergarten – A child entering kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st of that year.
